Is a good read. I am just on hold w/ it as I have a new sailing book… much more important to me than business. Although, I must say, this book is really good and has some “must know” shit about American business. Too bad most business types won’t read something like this. “Oh no, what our employees think is not important.” Blah. Damn good stuff.
